Community Service Worker (Full-Time): Responsible for working directly with families, with the purpose of providing stability and eliminating any present and addressing potential risk factors. Provide support services, group sessions, and at-home visitation services. Additionally, the position is responsible for the implementation of youth development groups. Family To Family Case Manager (Full-Time): Responsible for providing individual/family support services, group facilitation, and in-home visitation services to program participants. In this role, the candidate will continue an ongoing relationship with each family served by SSCH. Responsible for assisting participants in the identification of appropriate community resources for food, clothing, and household goods and provide information and referrals to specialized benefit programs. Ideal candidates will have knowledge and experience working with organizations that work to stabilize families, such as the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) or programs at the Franklin County Department of Job and Family Services (FCDJFS). Childcare Assistant Preschool Teacher (Full-Time): Responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher in planning, implementing, and monitoring daily classroom activities, in compliance with the Child Care Center’s philosophy, policies, and procedures. Tailor daily and regular activities and differentiating instruction to accommodate and meet the needs, limitations, special talents and interests, and racial, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Required to create and foster a nurturing classroom culture by creating lesson plans accordance with state and federal guidelines for curriculum. Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years experience working in a childcare center and possess CDA Certification. Email resume to HR@saintstephensch.org

Childcare Floater (Full-Time): Responsible for assisting the Lead and Assistant Teachers in implementing and monitoring daily classroom activities, in compliance with the Child Care Center’s philosophy, policies, and procedures. Will be called upon to relieve Assistant and Lead Teachers for breaks and cover in case of any absences. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-year experience working with childcare aged children. Email resume to HR@saintstephensch.org

Development Assistant (Part-Time): Responsible for supporting the Development branch of the agency.  Assisting the Management team in the Development Plan to diversify revenue streams, increase donations and assist with marketing of agency.
