Lead Group Worker (Part-Time): The health and safety of all employees, visitors, customers and volunteers is expected at all times. Responsible for working directly with youth and families in the youth and child services program, facilitating the operation of developmental youth groups, and providing support services to their families. This is a part-time position. High School Diploma and some college required. Must have experience working with school-aged children in a learning environment. Community Service Worker (Full-Time): The health and safety of all employees, visitors, customers and volunteers is expected at all times. This position will work directly with families, with the purpose of providing stability and eliminating any present and addressing potential risk factors. Families are offered and provided support services, group sessions and at-home visitation services. Additionally, the position is responsible for the implementation of youth development groups. Childcare Floater (Part-Time): Upholding the health and safety of all employees, visitors, customers and volunteers is expected at all times. Responsible for assisting the Lead Teacher(s) in the every classroom daily planning, implementation, and monitoring of classroom activities and lessons in compliance with the Child Care Center’s philosophy, policies, and procedures. Volunteer and Development Specialist (Part-Time): Responsible for upholding and maintaining the agency’s mission and purpose through daily communication with St. Stephen’s Community House volunteers and development resources. Daily protect and enforce the health and safety of all those who enter the agency as partners or supporters. The Volunteer and Development Specialist responsibilities would include sustaining relationships with funders and volunteers, actively aiding the Director of Development coordinate outreach and publications that inform donors of agency goings-on. Active oversite of agency’s social media pages, maintain records on Raiser’s Edge (donor database) and Volgistic (Volunteer Program), conduct volunteer orientations in compliance with the Diocese and schedule coordination, spearhead SSCH Employee of the Month initiative, support the Director of Development on fundraising events, and handle donor request and appropriate tax forms records. Senior Services Transporter (Part-Time): Responsible for transportation and assistance of program participants in compliance with transportation schedule. Assist all participants in entering and exiting the vehicles . Responsible for care of agency vehicle when in use; and all required documentation as deemed by the department director. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have 1 to 2 years of client transportation experience. High School Diploma or GED required. Email resume to HR@saintstephensch.org.

After-School Program Assistant (Part-Time): Responsible for delivering academic and extra-curricular support to school aged participants in an after school program. Assist students in completing homework, facilitate snack-time, and orchestrate activities and events. Work with Site Coordinator to plan engaging initiatives and complete daily operations. This is a seasonal and part-time position. High School Diploma and some college required. Must have experience working with school-aged children in a learning environment.
